Quote of the day...er...week...umm...hey, look, a quote!!

Tibi gratias agimus quod nihil fumas.

It says "...freedom of...", not "...freedom from...".

Nolite te bastardes carburundorum!

"It's amazing to me how many people think that voting to have the government give poor people money is compassion. Helping poor and suffering people is compassion. Voting for our government to use guns to give money to help poor and suffering people is immoral self-righteous bullying laziness. People need to be fed, medicated, educated, clothed, and sheltered, and if we're compassionate we'll help them, but you get no moral credit for forcing other people to do what you think is right. There is great joy in helping people, but no joy in doing it at gunpoint." - Penn Jillette

Wow! The photographs are stunning and inspiring. I love lighthouses and amazingingly old trees that tell stories. I am proud of you for taking your trip, reveling in all the moments and documenting your adventures. I am living vicariously through you with Mum and I smiled many times. Your descriptions, capturing moments and words so eloquently made me want that BLT and Arnold Palmer. "The smell of bacon..." Sensory ticklers and vivid pictures. You are magnificent. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
Siempre,

I know you are sneaky and this one is a bit of your yard... because I have one quite similar from my romp through said landscape... And guess what!?! I tattooed a bit of your bounty on my buttocks (or thereabouts) - bet you can't wait to see it!!
