I just figured it out. Evil Genius is the precious child in all the Norman Rockwell paintings. Especially in those photos with Santa. What a gorgeous, happy little boy.

Yep, that little feller is the Evil Genius/Bird. He IS an evil genius, too...don't get me wrong, I adore my little guy, but he's my own wee Stewie Griffin, I swear, just without the plans to kill his mother.
