I don't do resolutions, so here's a challenge: for the next thirty days, go stand in front of a mirror twice a day. Look yourself in the eye and sy "I accept myself unconditionally right now."
I'll let you know how it goes. You do the same for me, m'kay?
Quote of the day...er...week...umm...hey, look, a quote!!
"...besides love, independence of thought is the greatest gift an adult can give a child." - Bryce Courtenay, The Power of One

BELIEVE it twice a day is the real changer
I will definitely try this…and try to believe it!
When I've done this, I've used a phrase similar to this one, which was the affirmation on Louise Hay's site just yesterday:
Every day it gets easier to look into my own eyes on the mirror and say, "I love you just the way you are."
And I've said it in the mirror, in my head, out loud, hundreds of times a day, letting it push out every other stray, unpleasant, unnecessary thought. It works... And I believe I will take the challenge with you to do some housecleaning of my own inner monologue!
