I went to the gym.

Grrrooooooaaaannnnnnn.

I'm just sayin'. Grrroooooaaaannnnnnnn.

20 minutes on the treadmill, hills setting level 1, for 1.27 miles in 25 minutes. Then twice around the circuit room, and finally stretching. I'm good for the rest of the month, right?
